Quality production and expedient delivery is our highest priority. We feed our family this beef and appreciate you trusting us to feed yours as well.
Take time to finalize your order before it is placed and double-check your shipping address. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can not accept returns. We do guarantee every shipment.
As a perishable good, our beef is not able to be returned. Please do not refuse a shipment, or return a shipment. If we receive a returned order, we will have to dispose of the beef and no refund or replacement box will be issued.
If a shipment arrives damaged because of carrier delays, take photographs of the products and email them to beef@jjobrienranch.com with a description of how your beef arrived.
We will issue a full refund, or ship a new box, whichever you prefer as long as these conditions are met.
We cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn't updated, if an address is altered while in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced. If there is any change in your order, please communicate with us IMMEDIATELY by emailing beef@jjobrienranch.com and informing us of your issue.
