Our Process

Discover the fresh jerky difference! Our beef is Single Source - every steer we use in our USDA certified grass fed program is born, raised and finished right here on the same ranch.

This process does limit our volume, but we’re willing to sacrifice volume in order to ensure that you receive a high quality pack of beef jerky every time.

We deliver small batches, but we know exactly where every animal comes from and how they were raised. Steers in our grass fed beef program have never been treated with antibiotics. We care for our animals, so we will treat them with antibiotics if they become ill and transfer them to our conventional beef program. However, our steers never leave the ranch, so they very rarely get sick. We’ve only needed to transfer 1 steer out of our grass fed program in over 4 years of production. We do not implant hormones. Your beef jerky is antibiotic and added hormone free.
