Your Whole Grass Fed Beef is about 400 pounds of beef and will completely fill a 16 - 20 cu. ft. freezer.
The 400 pounds of beef is roughly breaks down as 50% Ground Beef, 30% Roasts and 20% Steaks.

The second photo provides an estimate of the beef cuts you’ll receive when you order your Whole Grass Fed Beef. If you’d like to request certain beef cuts, we’re happy to provide a Custom Cut Consultation so that you can get the very best beef exactly like you want it.

The Custom Cut Consultation is $150 and includes a custom cut list and conversation with us about your beef cut preferences. We go over any cuts you may not be familiar with and help you choose the options that fit you the best. For example: A Whole Beef can not produce T-Bones and New York Strips. These cuts of beef come from the same place so a decision must be made. If you’d like to have more Ground Beef and opt out of receiving some of the lesser known beef cuts like Osso Bucco, we can do that. Or if you’d like to try something new, we’ll even provide some fun recipes to go along with your new cuts of beef.

Purchasing a grass fed steer to receive a whole grass fed beef is the most economical way to purchase beef by far!
