Your beef is dry aged at least 14 days and then vacuum-sealed locally by a USDA certified facility. Your insulated Beef Box is shipped directly to your doorstep and includes :

• Cutlets or Stew Meat

• Hamburger

• May also include: short ribs, flat iron steaks, or other cut of beef to ensure every customer receives over 10 lbs of high quality grass fed beef
